The research group led by Professor Zhang Wen from the School of Construction Engineering at Jilin University focuses on the basic theory and application research of rock mass structure and geological hazards, in order to meet the needs of disaster prevention and reduction and ensure the safety of major national strategic projects. The research group focuses on three areas: fine description of rock mass structure, evaluation and analysis of geological hazards, and monitoring and early warning of geological hazards.
